After our Underwater World walk, went to Kuah town for check in. We'll be spending our days at Coco Valley Inn. Recommended since its new. Normally hotels smells like pubes when you enter the room, this doesn't. The blankets, pillows and bed smells brand new! Everything is brand new because it opened a few months ago.

The two rooms that we booked for 7 of us. The biggest room available in Coco Valley Inn is the one with king sized bed and single bed. Super spacious. I can even do cartwheels in there. We got RM100 per night for each room.

The bathroom is really clean and most important they have water heater. I can't bare bathing with cold water. Call me spoiled, or whatever. I've tried bathing with cold water once. I ended up getting fever and never recover. And the fever leads to dengue and since then I seldom bath with cold water.

Ok enough of credits for the motel. Like i said, the hotel is so comfy we decided to chill and then sleep until 5pm then head to the airport to fetch another 2 partner in crime.

Here they are. My friend's lens cover fell into the ocean that day. I'd jump into the ocean if I were him.

The lens cover is freaking pricey nowadays!

Underwater World @ Langkawi

Let me recall the number of times I've been to Langkawi. Nope. Can't remember. I'm an inch away from being a certified tour guide in Langkawi already. Just kidding, NOT. So this time I went with my uni mates. One word, FUN! Booked our air ticket in the early 2011 and have been so anxious about this trip since then. Words can't explain my anxiousness for sure.

The only downside of this trip is I had to wake up at 3am to catch the 7.30am flight. True madness I can say. And guess what, I done my packing at 2.30am. This is me with pure mental disorder. And the rest of my friends, they're much more normal. They went out for midnight movies, then to bak kut teh but it was closed so they went for dim sum, and until 4.30am where I meet them at the bus station. They're much more hyper than me is all I can say. I expected everyone would be like dead fish on the way to the airport but we chatted all the way there. Impressive right.

Our first destination was Underwater World. Second time being there, blah. But whole point is travelling with friends. Nothing else matters. So what's interesting in here is there's two types of penguins. You never get to see live penguins in Malaysia often so here they are live behind thick glasses.

They are friendly little creatures.

They can swim too. Swim like a penguin, walk like a penguin.

Some of them are too afraid to jump into the water. tsk tsk tsk.

Some of them followed us wherever we go. Adorable~~~

They get distracted very quickly. Wiggle my keys around and they followed the keys.
P.S , my fat arm is just an illusion.

At the Wildlife Park. There's birds, birds, birds, birds, quack-quack, and kok kok kai and birds.

Besides birdies and penguins, there's an area called 'Touch Pools' where we can touch anything there.
I mean anything!

There's starfish.

There's sea cucumber.
We told her to squeeze it and she did. It released yellow liquid which freaks me out. So i chose to not touch it at all. I rather hold a snake than holding that. Geli~~~

Lace with Polka Dots Nail

Saw a nail art tutorial online that looked easy breezy. But hell no! I took like 3 hours to finish my nails. Not to mention the time i used to pack everything into the drawer after i done my nails. But all my hard work worth it for sure cuz I like how it turned out.

Not exactly the same with the one I saw in the video but it somehow similar i guess..

Because I'm right-handed person, doing the left hand is always easier. And my right hand will turn out to be a disaster!! As usual. I will have to remove it and re-do the nail again and again!

The middle finger of my right hand got smeared while I was taking these pictures. FML seriously! I couldn't bother to redo again. Just touch up with the nail art brush.

It took me 3 hours to do. Now, I have to wait like...10 hours? For it to completely dry! Who knows I'll ruin it while asleep! Argh. FML! My table is in a freaking mess now.

Gotta go clean up everything before my friend come over to my place later!

Wacoal 8th Year Anniversary in Malaysia

Got an invitation from Kaysilva and Rach to Wacoal Cocktail Party.

In celebration of Wacoal's 8th year of successful year of lingerie-making in Malaysia, they organized a glamorous cocktail party at The Saujana, Senja Italian Restaurant on the 15th of December.

The invites are especially exclusive and about 100 business partners of Wacoal and local press were invited as well. I arrived an hour late and so I missed the get to know each other session. Too bad.

I felt so under dressed that night, went there right after my exam. It showed clearly on my face that I've been going through some hectic moment of my life. Eg. Golden pimple. (Made me look like liang popo)

When we arrived, thankfully the whole performance have not start yet. Or else I will not have peace mind for the rest of my life. We were welcomed by a glass of wine, which is the best wine I've tasted so far.

Please mind me being katak di bawah tempurung (sua ku-ness).

Guess who the emcee of this event is,

Stephanie Chai. Googled her profile and its very impressive.
Her achievements are longer than my wishlist!

The show started with a graceful ballet performance. Super cute tutu there!
I'm considering getting a super cute tutu for CNY.

The next show is catwalk showcasing all the new collections with the theme "Come Rain or Come Shine".
Took this with my compact camera S95. Tips for those who don't have bazooka camera, wait for other photographers to flash their light. Then steal their light when you capture.

First model to present the current Christmas vibe. Very snowy and fluffy.

The second theme was the fantasy collection.
Comes with vibrant colors that brightens up every women's day.

Swirls of laces and flowy skirts. The feminine and soft theme.

On the left, i believe portrays a sumo wrestler, the right portrays WWF wrestler.

The right, a boxer. Muhammad Ali that type.

The playful and fun theme. That includes T-shirt bra with embellished bra straps, very appealing!

The collections showcased are a definite fit for every occasion for every women in the world.
Wacoal continue to produce such great quality lingerie bringing a happier women.

There are varieties of food served on the buffet counter. Definitely the best buffet ever!

Not to mention that the desserts were my most favourite. Main course comes second. I kept going for more but my tummy couldn't hold any more Italian Panna Cotta, Tiramisu, Choco & Mango Cake, etc etc...

The berries were uber fresh and sweet. Its a crime for not having all these food!

Forgot to mention, my partner in crime..Baoly. Thanks for the company.

Then, it followed by a speech by Director/General Manager of Wacoal Malaysia, Vincent Leong.

One very true quote by him, "All girls are shoppers!" Agree max!

The show ended with another performance by the oh so talented ballet dancer. Wish I know ballet.

Taobao is actually so addictive, by just looking at the price, makes me wanna buy TAOBAO! I have another 2 more parcel still pending. When it reach i'll have more taobao hauls. I seriously need to take medication to stop taobao-ing. They are just super cheap but in the end it'll total up to hundreds. -__- I know cheap still require money, I've gone through this lecture since i was born!

Was supposed to start this blog post with..I know who I am. I know what I just did, yea. I flushed my gold down the toilet bowl. Epic way to start a post I know, I'm awesome.

Anyhooos,

It was just the perfect time for me to have a tiny celebration after my first paper today. What? After all the hard work I put on for my Moral paper, its worth to celebrate kay! Was uber happy and excited to meet all bloggers after long term MIA due to personal reasons. Will not be revealed. Meh~ Was working hard to push up my CGPA, that's all.

Just so you know, the person with chubby face on the top right is not me.

Was invited to attend a food testing session at UFO Dessert & Drink at SS2. Met a whole lot of new bloggers and I think nobody recognize me. Car pooled with Vince and Simon, got so much to catch up with them! Argh, the good times.

So, what is this UFO all about. It serves yummy Taiwanese desserts and snacks. There are so much to choose from but sadly I only have one tummy.

I didn't try any of their drinks. But the feedback from my friends are good.

Very refreshing and we can actually request for the sugar level to be reduced.

Their signature dessert is this Mini QQ Special.

Consist of Red Beans, Ocha Balls, Yoghurt Popping Balls, Pumpkin and Yam Balls.

This on the other hand is the bigger version of The mini QQ, falls under the QQ Ball Series i think.

My Soya Ice Series with Ocha Balls, Yoghurt Popping Balls, and Pearls. So many balls. Tsk tsk!

The Ocha Balls is to die for, very chewy and will crave for more without realizing.

Yoghurt Popping Balls are alright for me. Don't fancy that.

The pearls are to die for as well. Chewy. Nom nom nom!

Cheese Fries. All the fries actually tasted good. Only fries i didn't try is the Wasabi Fries.

Sausageees. Cheese Hot Dog with Mayo.

This was okay only. I prefer something like Chilli Hot Dog or Pepper Hot Dog.

I LOVE SPICY FOOD! Can't help it.

Sesame Glutinous with Peanut Toppings.

The glutinous are chewy. Gosh! Everything they serve is so chewy.

THIS IS THE BEST OF ALL. Calamari Rings.

You get to choose spicy or non-spicy. Spicy is my first choice so spicy Calamari Rings were all over the table. We ordered I think more than 10 bowls of this in total.

Wish I could tapau but I'm fat. So I cannot.

We get the beeping UFO after we order. When our order is ready, it will vibrate.

That's why this shop is named UFO, i guess.

Tried to look cute by a wink, failure.

Overall, this restaurant is very good. Just that the lights are a lil too dim. Hard for some of us to take pictures. They provide free Wi-Fi which is awesome. Awesome place to hang out, chill and have gossip session. The dessert i rate 7/10. Snacks i rate 10/10. Definitely will recommend my friends to try their snacks. Will for sure come back to try the drinks and have more CALAMARI RINGS!!!

Depression. In cantonese, ji bai zheng. Really, I'm not cursing. Even i feel like it, i won't! I choose to blog about this because knowing someone who has this severe type of sickness is not easy. It is so easy that the person with ji bai zheng who initially is your friend turn to enemy. Its so freaking heartbreaking to see your friend become like this. Why, simply because i treasure all my friends! Friends are like my second boyfriend.

I do have my depression but not long term. Its the "women" thing so yea, its not dangerous at all. I may scream and yell, but only to 1 or 2 person. Not a problem at all! Long term depression may affect others emotionally, like me. Having a friend with depression is sad. I tried my very best to help but that person is hurting more and more of my friends. Therefore causing myself to have dilemma. =.="

To those who are still doesn't have self-awareness, please, stay away from my friends and me. To those who are looking for solutions, email me. I'll give you my mom's contact. She'll cure you like a guan ni ma. Just a small weeny update of my dull life. Guess what, i received a mail from Mentholatum today.

Its a sample pack of Hada Labo Super Hyaluronic Acid Moisturizing Lotion.

Happy MAX!!! I've been using the facial wash for quite some time now and my face has not been that dry anymore. Before using it, i have dry skin that i can peel from my face. I would spend my time peeling the skin using a tweezer when I'm bored. Yeah, its that bad.

The bottle is the size of my little finger. Cute max!!

I'll use this once i finish my Loreal Pore Minimizer Toner. Can't wait to try it.

And I've just change the theme on my Chrome browser from boring old Leopard background to Cath Kidston theme.

So pretty that I press the new tab so frequently so that i could admire the pretty theme.

Will soon change the background of my blog to Cath Kidston theme soon.

Hope it'll turn out great!!! Took Website Development as one of my subject this semester.

I've been called an elf ever since high school because I'm .. fun sized. I achieved puberty earlier than anybody else so I was once taller than everyone in my class. Anyways, I bought a few E.L.F products from lowyat.net forum. There's some pretty good deals there. Girls nowadays are already a master in make up during puberty. I am now 21 starting to explore the wonders of cosmetics. Gaaaaahhhhh!!! So here's what I bought. The basics.

elf professional foundation brush - Only RM15!

I always apply foundation using my bare fingers.

And i end up having patchy face with different tone here and there.

Kabuki Face Brush - RM25

With the super duper soft brush, RM25 is pretty cheap.

I keep brushing my face with it...FLUFFY!

I haven't tried this so I don't know how is it like.

Will try it tonight. I sound so cheapskate now, better stop saying how cheap it is.

First of all, to those who created taobao site...mucha gracias! The clothes there i'm tellin ya'll its freaking cheap. Most important its trendy and cool enough to get ~~greedy~~ girls like me browsing through it everyday if possible. I have tonnes of links of the clothes bookmarked, I'm waiting till I have money then I'll purchase them. I am so poor. Sigh...Taobao is so addictive! The more i see, the more i bookmark.

So yea, here's my current wishlist. Mostly are chiffon cuz I have not enough chiffons in my closet. I wanted to buy a swimsuit but my boobs are too small, scarred it wont fit right.

1. Chiffon long sleeved shirt - A must Have!!

2. Chiffon bow shorts - Another must have

3. Salmon colored chiffon shorts

Believe it or not, this shorts cost only RMB24 which means only RM12. To die for or what???

4. Khaki shorts

Super duper cheap as well. RMB35. CHEAP!!!

5. Jumper

Tried this at a boutique at Kota Damansara, looks adorable, to die for and it cost RM49!!! Its only RMB35 which is like only RM18 inclusive postage.

6. Cotton carrot pants - For normal class day.

All the items above will cost abour RM150 inclusive postage to my house. Too bad I'm short of cash now. Planning to work my butt off during my semester break.

Just received a one day job, 3 hours, stand and let people take picture of you. Sounds easy but I'm worrying my ass off now cuz... No 1. I still don't have a pink and sweet dress. No 2. I'm not photogenic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Argh, i don't know how its gona be.

Two days at Orchard Road

Overheard my uncle convincing my grandma to go Singapore with him. He were supposed to have meeting there. Since! I'm so free,.Well, sorta free. Got no exams and all uni shit. I asked, "Can I come?" just for fun sake. And yes, i earned a 2 days trip to Singapore. Awesome or what!

So, trip with my uncle, old grandma and her peculiar sister. I call her Yi Po(second grand aunt). She's the one that look after me when I was a kid when my mom wasn't around. She's the one that washed my bum after business. Ok don't wana go that far. Back to my Singapore trip. More like Orchard road shopping trip. heh.

Flew there by Tiger Airways. Took the cab to the airport. Was my first time taking a cab to airport. Awesome~ Tiger Airways is almost similar to AirAsia. The seats and everything is almost the same as Air Asia except the stewards' uniform. It was okay. 1 hour trip was bearable to me.

Spent a night at York Hotel, walking distance from Orchard Road. This hotel is awesome yo. Very 5 star to me.

We had our meals at the Food Republic on the first day and second day for dinner.

The food there are kinda pricey to me. $7 for a cup of orange juice. Thats like RM14 for a cup of orange juice. Ok i sound so kiamsiap now.

The food there are surprisingly good. Should try for the thai food there. And chinese hawker food. And the traditional soup. Its healthy. =D

Two days at Singapore passed in just a blink. There's another trip i bet! I haven't visited Universal Studio yet! We got a cab to get back to our place. My uncle, chose an old cab with old driver. WHY ON EARTH... ?!!??! See what's on the cab below...

Imagine 2 hours in the cab with the smell.

Worst of all, that cab driver almost fell asleep while driving. He made an emergency stop by the road. We thought the cab is about to break down or what. That man had to stop to wash his face. I could have died that day! Gosh. And plus my grandma and her sis kept ching chong ling long ting tong into my ears. They're talking bad bout the taxi driver in hokkien. Adding to that annoyance. Hmmm... Great trip great experience.

I forgot to mention that my uncle sponsored me from tip to toe on this trip. Including shopping, hotel, air ticket, food, toilet entrance fee. Nah i'm just kidding. But seriously, he spent like about rm500 on me. The guilt has been haunting me since then. He got a newborn baby boy yesterday, what should i get for him eh?

Escape to the nature

Its my second time cycling at Taman Pertanian Shah Alam. It was awesome experience the last time except that it was raining that time. And yea this time it was rainy day as well. We had to wait under the shelter a few times because the rain was on and off. Tsk tsk tsk. Oh and the last time one of my friend fell and this time one of my friend fell too. The route there is very challenging to us amateur cyclist.

I still remember panting like dog while cycling uphill and whooo-ing when cycling downhill. It was awesome and fun experience there. Oh and we seriously ruled Taman Pertanian! Yes we really did ruled that place...that day. Cuz there were only 4 of us there cycling. We could roll and tumble on the floor and scream and yell all we want. Almost nobody was there! Well, of course the workers are there la but they're not there to have fun.

We first visited the animals. Nothing out of the ordinary actually.

It will harden anytime. Even when they rub on each other.

I didn't know porcupines are very friendly creature. =)

Hong Kong Trip Sneak Peek

Life has been hectic after my Hong Kong trip. Those bad luck keeps pouring onto me for no reason. One unlucky thing after one another. Could someone be cursing me all this while? Never mind that, now since I'm free here's a sneak peek of my Hong Kong trip. Just a few pictures i selected out Many words to describe this trip! Fun, fun fun fun fun fun!!!! And a lil disappointed.

Not gonna ruin this happy post with my disappointments so here are the pictures.

#1 - Mom got me a new luggage a day before.

The funny thing is that she expected that I'll pay for the luggage, but I expected her to do the paying. With a couple of convincing words, she did the payment.

#2 - The very anxious them. Look at me hiding under the shade.

#3 - Awesome tasting food. Glad that we did lotsa research else we'll be eating humble food.

I know many of you will say, as long as can have a full tummy would be sufficient.

But not me. I kinda have a picky tummy. huhu..

#4 - Sweet stuffs. Mmmmm! Another pain killer for PMS.

#5 - Sweet stuff number 2. Frozen mochi. Most memorable dessert!

Not so sweet, and chewy doink doink jelly like mochi.

#6 - First time ever had desserts at this price. 0.0

#7 - Got my dear friend here, which doesn't consume pork, to eat pork.

Yay. *claps*

#8 - Memorable drinks.

"Dong leng chat" - made up of 7-up with salted lemon - soothing enough for our throat.

and lemon tea from random stalls by the streets.

#9 - First time on a ding ding tram. Just like we see in HK movies. Vintage eh?

#10 - Get to go back to kindergarten with my ideal easy bag in DISNEYLAND!

#11 - Laid my hands on Avenue of Stars. That was Tze Yin. Father of Nicholas Tze, ex-husbang of Cecilia Cheung. Just saying.

#12 - Rested my ass here for 4 nights.

#13 - Had McD in HK. Its a must have.

At least I can tell people, "I had McD in HK" - Sounds cool right?

Next up is "I had McD in Singapore" and maybe "I had McD in Bangkok".

Can't wait!!

#14 - Lastly, it was a fun ride having to travel with them.

They guarantee no silence. Like in the train or during makan or in the bus.

Unless they're really exhausted.

#15 - Not forgetting this guy. Sorry Mr. Captain Jack Sparrow.

He's the one that cheer for me when i get my luggage back. =D

Gotta get back to my notes now. Stress stress stress.

Damn food allergy

Hello people again. Been so long ago since i last updated. Said this many times already. So by the time you're reading this, I'll be on my way to "somewhere" with my uni friends. Planned to charge my body for the whole day. Supposed to depart at 7.30am but then i'm here blogging at 4.50am now?!?! Insane or what.

So here's my story, there's an asian food carnival in UTAR Setapak campus today. Well, I'm basically a very kind and soft hearted person *cough*. So my lunch were settled at the carnival. Had uncle BOB, had soy bean drink. Then my neck started to itch a little. Thought it was due to the heat in the classroom so I didn't bother much about the rash.

When I came home, stripped myself naked for shower and MY GAWD! My thighs are crowded with red rashed. I thought it was heat rash so I applied tiger balm. Can you imagine that!?!? Tiger balm on heat rash. Call me sifu of syok sendiri! Ok never mind. The rashes enlarged, so I tried Vaseline. It enlarge again, i tried talcum powder.

And until my whole neck is swollen, my fingers, hands, feet, crotch area (the most itchy area), my ears, my face, my eyelid GOSH!! Its so freaking itchy then I gave up and mom brought me to the doctor. Searched for half an hour for 24 hours clinic. There's one near my house but due to the bad experience there, i'd rather waste that half an hour.

Mom said I've got dog flea disease WTF. Doctor said I've got food allergy. That's more like it. Just had my medicine and applied half a bottle of calamine lotion on my body. Literally, I bathe myself with calamine lotion. Now, I think the medicine starts to kick in already. Feeling loopy zzzzzzzz.

Gosh! I pray, i wish, i hope that my rashed will be toned down when I wake up. Or else I'll be scratching "the most itchy area" all day long. *Fingers crossed*

Bon Voyage to moi

Just came back from Langkawi. This time it was quite a boring trip due to flu and fever kicked in during my trip there. Agh damn! Was very disappointed cuz didn't get to go to the beach. I mean like its compulsory to at least walk at the beach when i'm on vacation on an island right? disappointed! Guess what i was doing all the time? EAT. SLEEP. ONLINE. Sweep floor, mop the floor, clean the bathroom (and i mean the whole bathroom excluding the ceiling), EAT.

Wondering why i'm blogging now heh? I'm actually killing time. Gona fly to Hong Kong tomorrow and i'm gonna have to sit in the plane for like 4 hours? I'd better make myself tired and sleep all the way in the plane rather than feeling my legs go from normal to numb. One of my travel tips. So called lah.

Again another random outing with half of the TEAM RANDOM. Only Me and Vince and his sister Mandy. Not forgetting his doggie, Prince. Freaking the cute! This is him when i entered his car.

And i tell you, he stayed with this position all the way to My Honeymoon.

We were supposed to have Mill Wheel Ice but its closed already so we head to My Honeymoon instead.

I ordered glutinous rice ball with peanut dip.

I can taste the ginger used to marinate these balls. Not bad.

Would definitely go for this if I'm having gas in my tummy.

Can you see the small tiny thing that looks like frog eggs. Its very special cuz when u bite it, it makes cranky noise. Makes me crave for it now.

Vince ordered Glutinous Rice balls with fillings in it. Served with sweet broth.

Here, highlight dessert! LOVE THIS FREAKING THE MUCH!

It is very crispy and sweet. There's many layers of crisps and in between there's nata de coco and jelly. Served with a scoop of Vanilla ice cream on top. And blueberry sauce poured from the top. See the purple sauce flowing? Ah... =P

Alright, lets recall when was the last time i meet up with the bloggers. Erm....Ahhhh.....Nope. I know right. Its been freaking ages already. Been so long that I've even forgotten how to blog. Have lotsa postponed post. Still haven't update my best Langkawi trip with my A-Level friends. Outings with uni mates. Etc etc etc...

Now I shall start writing by the latest one which is dinner at De, Warung with a few of them. Isaac and Janice, Crazywrazy with Wei Jia, Jayren with Eli, Bern with Evelyn. DAMN! So many bloggers couples. Left me, Vince, Simon and Bendan Kah Mon that came solo that night. =(

Actually it was my second time there. Went there first time when they have promotion. If I've not mistaken they were having promotion that time. RM8.90 and you can order anything you want. This time the promotion was RM8.90 for a dinner set.

I know this is out of the blue moon i'm updating during the weekday at this hour. I'm just sick and tired of studying notes and doing tutorials. So here's some random stuffs of mine. Just random random daily routines.

First:

I'll be going to Hong Kong during my semester break in May and I'm having my fingers crossed that it will be the BEST trip ever. I must enjoy till the max and shop till i drop. Cuz i spent quite a lot of money on this trip already. Things I planned to do in Hong Kong are :

1. Take lotsa lotsa pictures with friends.

2. Shopping

3. Window shopping if i spent all my money on the first day.

4. Visit Disneyland, take gazillions of pictures with friends.

5. Meet up with Hayashi. Looking forward to this.

6. Hunt for good food.

7. Hunt for cheap fashion items. Yay!

there's more to plan. so much to do yet so little time!!

And so the other day i was browsing youtube and i saw this about a hot chick preparing to visit Hong Kong. She's actually PeterChao's girl. Damn HOT weh! Anyhoos, she was modelling all the clothes she's gonna wear there and guess what is the highest rate comment,

Like seriously? o.O

Second :

Had dinner at Manhattan Fish Market at Mid Valley on the last day of promotion. Only RM6.99 for fish and chip. Crazy deal ain't it?!?! Went with my classmates. Bf name us Charlie's Angels. LMAO. But I'm still keeping in mind that he called me ugly, hair not shiny enough, eye bags are popping after seeing our picture. I can BET he made an explicit compare between the 3 of us. Kanasai right! Oh well, I blame man's nature. =(

My comments on the food are that the fish is very fresh and crispy.

Its marinated very well and the spices they used are very sweet-scented.

Fries are fresh as well, better than I've expected.

Aaaand, I don't know why but my lemon looked a little squeezed when its served.

Did the lemon's price increased? Or they need to recycle the lemon?

I wonder.

After dinner, we went for movie. Watched Ghost Must Be Crazy. Its almost the same as Where Got Ghost. I think Where Got Ghost is much more funny. And, we bought a popcorn large combo cuz Joey wants the Rio tupperware.

I've volunteered myself to be a Ball Helper at a Masquerade Ball at Palace of the Golden Horses Hotel. This time I'm not buying new dress nor heels because I'm saving up for Hong Kong! Had 3 dress in mind now,

1. Long dress

2. Cocktail-ish dress

3. Dinner dress

Still considering which to wear.

Fourth :

Been raining quite often lately and Lim Zai Zai seems like going to have heart attack soon due to the thunder. Gotta get the veterinarian to prescribe a heart attack medicine for him soon. Don't know bout this but mom told me she heard from people its a must because Shih Tzus are born a coward. But CUTE!

He'll find his way to get onto my lap when it rains.

Went Lowyat Plaza for Sushi King today. They're having a promotion RM2 per plate. I was told that we three will only go for places or restaurants with promotion. -__- Sounds like we're kiasu and giamsiap. But we're actually not okay! We're considered smart cuz we spend reasonably.

Had diarrhea today. I had to get medicine to stop it. DAMN! Or else, I can wallop more Bean Curd Skin Sushi. Had about 3 plates of it.

Aite! Gotta get back to studies for exam tomorrow and memorize my points for debate tomorrow. There's an assignment due on Wednesday and on the same day I'm having an exam. DANG! This three years of course is testing my time management seriously! Don't know when I will give up.

Hong Kee Dim Sum

I've been hunting for delicious and affordable Dim Sum since like forever. Until my friend suggested Hong Kee Dim Sum at Bandar Puteri Puchong. The food reviews i read were pretty good and the pictures makes me salivalate!!

So we went there for breakfast. Someone said Dim Sum is weird to have during dinner. Trust me, this Hong Kee Dim Sum makes you crave for it all time. It doesn't matter when and when, I'm still craving for it now!

Its at a corner lot. Should be easy to be detected.

Like normal dim sum restaurant, the waiters will serve the dim sums to you.

Roasted chicken. This taste awesome i tell you!

Although the skin is not as crispy, but the well marinated meat is simply the best!

Lotus Leaf Rice (Hor Yip Fan)

This is heavenly!!! I can feel my wings ready to fly.

GOSH!

To my closest friends, I'm sorry if I keep bugging you for this dim sum kay.

We ordered some fried Dim Sum. Which is equally delicious.

Prawn ball coated with almonds.

I know this is weird right. But its simply the best combination on earth.

Its crispy and sweet on the outside, and its soft and tender in the inside.

Makes me speechless.

Sesame ball with lotus paste filling.

So sweet on the inside and i can still smell the sesame when its in my mouth.

I can't help to tapau a few when i'm not that full later.

Fried Yam with pork filling.

This is my all time favourite. Will have this all to myself whenever i go for dim sum.

This is very crispy on the outside and crispy on the inside.

The filling is just nice, not too much. So that it won't spill when i take a bite of it.

Deep fried dumpling with prawn filling.

The prawns are very fresh and they are not stingy with the amount.

I can see one whole prawn in it. So satisfying that I can have prawn in every bite.

The dumpling skin i think is handmade. Because its very sweet and sticky.

Milk jelly with longan.

As i'm lactose intolerant person, i'm not a fan of this.

However, the jelly is very bouncy and melts in your mouth.

Unfortunately there were 2 of us and my friend is very pork-free, so we only ordered a few plates. Wish there were more so I could try more. siu mai, fish balls, yam cakes, egg tarts, char siew pao etc...

Will definitely visit them for second time. Looking forward to it!

Was invited to Carmen's mansion for potluck and Fried Oreos. Trust me she's a good oreo fryer! Although I've been pretty busy with my assignments and tutorials, I decided to attend this gathering this time because I've been missing lotsa gathering. Its not like compulsory to attend, its the matter where i feel less connected with each and every lovely bloggers. So, I dislike people saying "You're going bloggers gathering AGAIN???".

So yea, Isaac fetched me. His car window was tinted 100% black. Couldn't tell who was in the car, who knows I might enter the wrong car zomg. It was 1 hour journey to SS2. Traffic was smooth as its a weekdays.

When I arrived, only 2 miserable person were there, lazing on the couch.

Lucky thing Kian Fai bought hokkien noodles. Carmen told me not to make anything, including TomYam meehoon. HAHA!! Speaking of which, just recalled that I haven't paid for my noodles. -___-

I've got not much pictures here so yea, we had our main course on the coffee table. ALL of us were so lovingly nomming the hokkien noodles. Felt like happy family. =)

Supposed to sift the flour first. Its easier to melt. Add salt when the flour is melted completely. Its very simple! Easier than frying an egg.

Then we all move to the wet kitchen to watch Carmen fry while we take picture.

The extra piece is because there's not enough flour.

First piece. Taste owkay.

Second piece. Yumz. Taste like ice cream with oreo.

Third piece. Very tasty!!!

Just look at the filling. The oreo and cream melted.

Basically, it taste like soft biscuit.

Nom Nom Nom!

Next interesting activity is magic show by Adrian. Guys learn magic to impress girls.

And to divert all the attention to him. Imma start learning magic too.

As far as i remember, this magic. He like to call it psychological trick.

Which made me go psycho figuring how it happened.

So, he asked Elwyn and Wilee to hold the coin like this.

And then, one of them supposed to keep the coin but without telling Adrian (the magician).

Then both of them have to tell Adrian either "TRUTH" or "LIE".

Elwyn said TRUE that the coin is on his hands. Wilee said the coin is on her hand as well.

Somehow Adrian guessed that Wilee is telling LIE. I have no idea.

Then there's another trick that he told Kianfai to open an invisible coin pouch and open a new packet of poker cards. Its freaking hilarious i tell u. Its Kian Fai's expression that was hilarious.

We had a good laugh like mad.

Another highlight of the day was Elwyn's massage skills. I'm doubting that he's actually working in a massage center. Hmmm. Its surprisingly very good. I don't feel ticklish at all!!

Even Sherry loved it! Cuz she had only bones and skin thats why she's afraid of massage.

But she liked Elwyn's massage. So did i.

Almost everyone loved it except Kian Fai. HILARIOUS I TELL YOU!!

Its all about the massage till the end of the day.

Massage massage! This is kinda healthy.

The couple. And I forgot his name, Sherry's friend. He's one joker.

His dirty jokes are hilarious! And easy to understand haha!

Then, the movie Unborn was showing on HBO. Its a devil spirit kinda horror movie.

Its fun watching horror movies with big bunch of friends because I get to scream in the middle where everyone went silent and gan jeong. HAHA!!

I find the movie ridiculous, like seriously.

Very unrealistic.

While Adrian on the other side, hiding behind walls with his back facing the TV.

One of his ways to distract himself from the horror movie.

He kept saying he's scarred. and that his lights are on when he sleeps.

HAHA!! tsk tsk tsk!

Lastly, we had girls talk session. Only the girls. Carmen, me, Sherry and Mel. Its great to get personal with each of them because we're getting closer. Which is a good thing. I'm happy. Went home first with Isaac and his wife Janice. It was a fun night to me. Good way to relax from exam pressure.

I really hate digging out other people's privacy because makes me feel like an authentic bitch. Its just not me. Well, i've been a total bitch today. A great one! Well, being a total bitch on April Fools day is absolutely normal.

I wasn't supposed to do any other thing but to log in and play the CSI game for Him. Nothing else. But what attracts me is his notification. I had to! Since he couldn't log in. And he has been bugging me to log in his account.

Saw a dude's name in his inbox and see what is he up to lately since he never reveal anything personal about Him. So yea. I had to dig it out myself. He's never like me, transparent like the glass. Literally of course.

Updates of my life

Haven't been updating much recently, also not hanging much with the usual inniters already. And that resulted in less visitors. One thing i learned, i should not go missing and not update for a certain period. Others will bother less when I update after a long time. Because i went inactive. Even though i'm hell busy like now, i shall update something and keep myself updated bout what other bloggers are doing, their blog updates. So here I am updating random stuffs.

I've been busy in uni all these while. Assignments, exams, making appointments with lecturers to show that i'm hardworking so that lecturer will give me bonus marks in exams for my effort.

But! I still spare some time with fellow bloggers. It was last month i think? I went Levain Boulangerie Patisserie with a few of them. I guess, alot were busy that time. So, only a few came.

The main reason i organized this gathering because someone said "If you organize at Levain i will come meet u." Oh well, i got ffk!

Seafood Aglio Oglio. Nice.

Thai Style Pasta. I like this because its spicy but the taste is not suitable for pasta.

They convinced me for second round. So all of us went in Tikkoss' car to Pavillion.

For snowflake. Lucky thing all of us are Snowflake fans.

Else either one of us will be condemning snowflake all the while we eat.

They actually planned for movie but as usual i'm a good girl, went home to study.

Its somehow very frustrating because when i'm home, mom expects me to do all the housework. But when i'm not home, mom complains that i never study.

Plus, my parents are biased towards my bro in financial matter.

They will automatic give spending money to my brother, on time every week.

Whereas for me, I had to ask RM50 from mom and report to her what i spent on the previous RM50 she gave. Which is 2 weeks ago. So tell me, what else can i spend in these 2 weeks with just RM50? Food, photostat notes. Thats all.

Frust.

Hmm what else, oh during my short semester I was in the dean list. Happy max.

But its just one subject that brought me into dean list.

No biggie.

Lotsa assignments and exams comin.

Oh, I'll be flying to Hong Kong in May. Can't wait!

And i need to update about my previous Langkawi trip as well.

Sucker Punch Premier Screening

Got the tickets for Sucker Punch from Nuffnang. I somehow knew the movie is gona be ........

Offered my other ticket to Baoly. I was so afraid that she has no topic to talk with us bloggers.

Oh well, we ALL do have a topic in common. Hottest topic about a blogger. All i can say is this blogger, is close to extinction because she's so rare that everyone are talking bout her. Including Baoly. Don't wana mention names.

Class ends at 4pm, had some discussion with debate team and my lecturer. So arrived home around 5pm. I promised all of them I'm gona tell them a story when we meet for dinner. Its not story, more like a warning notice. So I parked my car at Baoly's place. This time she insisted to drive, just in case ehem.

Once i arrived, Baboon asked what's my story. And Carmen made a smart guess, and you know what she said "We have been talking bout the same thing". Of course me and Baoly were stunned. Mouth couldn't close.

Had Curry Chicken Katsu, and i was so full. Sushi rice is so filling! Chuen helped me to collect the tickets while i eat. The tickets were so pretty. Had 3-D effect and a matte touch.

Here's a lil bit spoiler bout this movie.

Babydoll is the lead actress and she was sent to the House of Mentally Ill after accidentally killing her little sister. She was trying to protect her sister from her stepfather but the gunshot was directed to her sister. Then, when she was sent to the House of Mentally Ill and that's when her journey to fight for freedom begins. There will be a man, which i have no idea where he comes from. He's imaginary friend of Babydoll that will help them find freedom. The House of Mentally Ill is something like hooker center where the girls dance to impress the mayor.

Reasons why you should watch this movie.

1. The graphics are freaking coolio.

2. The soundtrack are nice. Ahhh ehhhhh~~

3. The girls are so HOT!!!!!!

4. Costumes wore by the girls are awesome. The corset are smexay!!!

5. Makes me feel the girl power when i watch this movie.

6. If you've been admiring Vanessa Hudgens like me, then you should watch this movie. Though she's not the main character.

Reasons why i'm confused are :

1. Once Babydoll starts dancing, the videocam will move around her and pop! She's in a battlefield with a bunch of robots, samurai, alien looking creature. Robots which are 5 times larger than the girls. They defeat all of those with knife and guns. -__-

2. When one of them for example Rocket dies in the battlefield. She dies in reality. Ok, i'm confused of what i'm talking now but its true. When she dies in Babydoll's imagination, she dies in reality.

3. There are dragons.....They had to cut the throat of a baby dragon, and put the hand in the throat and get the 2 diamond and spark to light up fire. -__-?

4. Baoly beside me kept questioning me what's going on. Adding to my confusion.

Overall, i'll rate this movie 6/10.

I'm happy to meet all the bloggers cuz they're so nice and happening. =)

Hayashi's 21st Birthday

Pretty girl's birthday has went on very well. Made me start to think of all sorta plan i should have for my 21st this year. There's few times i mention my ideas to mom, she gave me a weird stare and continue cutting her vegetables. She'll ask me, "You have money for all that?" I expected her and dad to pay for all since i'm having the key already. So sad. And mom suggested that she made a vegetarian party for my 21st birthday. Now my turn to give her a stare. Argh!! I want my 21st birthday to be grand and beautiful...

Back to the birthday girl, her birthday on the 26th of February celebrated at her house at night. The birthday girl. Leng lui hor....

She said most of her friends are boys. Well that makes sense. Cuz, guys love pretty girls.

That makes me think about how many people will be by my side when i celebrate my 21st birthday. Or maybe i don't have a celebration at all. =(

Here's a sneak peek of what is going on in my uni life. Well, in the beginning there's about 16 students in our class. Now i'm in Year 2 Semester 1 already. There only left 4 of us in our course. Sad right but this makes our bond stronger day by day.

Very happy and glad to have them around.

Day trip to Pulau Ketam

Ok, since i had 17 hours of sleep last night, i'm not sleepy now. So i better create another post. Teehee...

Decided to skip my Wednesday class to spend a day with him. This was during CNY. Was a wrong gigantic mistake. He promised to bring me to Melacca and then Ipoh. But we ended up in Pulau Ketam. I was ok because the last time i went there was I can't even remember. So yea we went there because my tummy was craving for crabs. Did i tell you that when i was still in my mom's tummy, my dad used to bring my mom for luxurious crab meals? When my mom was carrying my lil bro, mom only ate home cooked meals. Sad for him. Good for me cuz i crave for seafood all the time!

So, reached the jetty, parked freaking far away from the jetty. Walked under the hot sun but with umbrella of course. Lucky thing it was not raining. Or else i'll be soaked wet because i'm 20cm shorter than him because he's too tall because the umbrella can only shelter him but not me.

See. Get what i mean.

Reached Pulau Ketam safely by the ferry. It was very stuffy in the ferry. Then i found out the air conditioner was located at the front of the ferry. -__- We were seated way behind.

Went for food hunt as we haven't feed ourselves with breakfast.

Decided to eat here because there's so many restaurant there.

Restoran Tan, Restoran Lim, Restoran Ketam Sedap, Restoran Best Ketam,

Restoran Lim Tik Tik etc. They all looked the same to me.

Did a research on what to eat at Pulau Ketam, and the fried oyster egg and fried lala egg was special dish there. So we went for it.

Its located in front of the restaurant. And cooked by 2 foreign workers.

Don't know what the newspaper articles says. Read it if you know Chinese.

No, on the second thought, its a lala.

The food to me is average. I am an honest eater so, the food quality was bad. There were more gravy and egg than oyster and lala itself. Taste was dull as well. And it cost very expensive for an average quality plate of fried lala and oyster. Hmm =(

Ok so here's our main dish.

This lala was better than the 2 above. Love the strong ginger taste and the soup.

A lil salty but i can bare that.

Average crab that went on diet before he get killed for me to eat.

Realized there's nothing much for us to see at that island. Oh wait.

Their houses are very well decorated.

Local food. People said don't buy their crackers cuz its been there for long time.

I think this is all for Pulau Ketam. Wish there's a tour guide to bring us around. Pulau Ketam IS small. Was supposed to have Fried Ice Cream but I couldn't find it. I asked one of the ice cream seller are there any fried ice cream stalls but they said no. I thought Pulau Ketam is small? Weird.

CCC means Coffee Chemistry Cafe

Alrightey, sweep sweep to my dusty blog. Been dead for few weeks. DAMN! I actually forgot how to write a blog! This is gona be a lousy post. So here I am blogging bout gathering at CCC with bloggers.

Actually this event has passed for long time. Hope all the memories are still in my head. Can't really remember. Luckily i have pictures to help me with this.

So, back to the topic. This cafe is at Sunway Giza, right above The Beer Factory. It doesn't look like a cafe at the entrance because there's lotsa banners for HTC. I thought it was a handphone shop at first.

Its actually a concept store from what i heard. Very modern interior cozy and comfy. Suitable for a simple Sunday brunch.

There are wide varieties of coffee and tea. I'm not much of a tea fan so i went for Peach Tea.

I can say its a very healthy cup of tea. A bit too bitter for my tongue. Of course i added a few packets of sugar. I wished they serve juices hmm.

Oh and here are the coffee they served. Not mine of course. Love their coffee art. Very attractive that I feel like framing it.

The highlight that day was the Spicy Seafood Carbonara. It is the best pasta I've ever tasted in my life. Until today, i can still smell and taste the taste of it. Been craving for CCC Spicy Seafood Carbonara since then. Most important, the portion is just nice. Most of the time i couldn't finish up my pasta because the portion is too large. The cheese makes us full very quickly, makes us feel bloated and nauseous. But this one is not. Makes me want more!!

This dish is decorated very well too. Yummeh~~

PRICE : RM14.90

Second best dish is the Chicken and Mushroom Pie. Very NICE! Don't know how to explain the tastyness. The scent of it sip through my nose till my lungs. Yummeh!!

Vegetarian Frittata. Third best food.

Price : RM4.90

So freaking cheap right. Even my uni simple ajinomoto fried rice cost me RM4.90.

Chicken Marinated Carbonara with herbs.

Didn't try this but i guess it is equally as nice as Seafood Carbonara.

Here's the complimentary dish. We love free food.

Pumpkin & Capsicum soup and Carrot soup. Can't really tell the difference between the two. Served with homemade toast. I'm not really into carrot, pumpkin and capsicum so, i took only a few sip of these soup. But others loved it!

Each cost RM8.90.

I’ve Got the Power with Sucker Punch

I may not be the tallest or sexiest one among the ladies, but I've got the raw power with the Sucker Punch! Thats right! Don't get intimidated even though I come in a petite size. I do have some kick ass Taekwando skills alright.

Now, the question is what would I do to escape if I were held against my will with Babydoll (the main character with 2 ponytail) and her team??

Firstly, getting to know each and every of the member is necessary.Get to know their specialties and weaknesses. That's important as we need to watch each other's back in a war against those insane robots and guardians of that mental institution. Bonding with them will ensure higher chances to escape that jail-like institution.

Secondly, getting the team and myself all geared up with weapons before the escape. Suggested weapons are as below.

These deadly weapons are extremely dangerous that it could kill!

Plus, it is easily attained. Its impossible for us to get a swords out of no where right.

Shieldtox can be sprayed in the eyes or ears or mouth.

Scissors can be used to cut out the robot's wire. Smart eh!

The heart stick is for me to strut my taekwando kung fu skills.

Since the whole movie seems like having a bad lighting, a torchlight might be a good tool. =)

The rest are just for decoration.

Other than that, kitchen utensils also works great as weapon. Small and handy for sure!

Oh, with this knife, I've got 1 item out of 5. Because the team needs to collect 5 items to get out of that place. Bonus for our team!

Ah! Forget all the hassle, came up with a brilliant strategy for me to escape. Just me and only me! Gotta be selfish in order to survive right? I'll just let the other team member to fight till the end while I hide and watch. Save my energy until the end in case all the other team member dies and I'm the only survivor to fight. Oh yes I'll definitely escape that mansion of insanity, free myself and live a normal life.

Its CNY eve tomorrow and the mood is in my veins already. Firecrackers ready, CNY clothes for Lim Zai Zai ready, me no new clothes for CNY ready, house ang ang ready, room not clean ready, what else? Not forgetting to Lou Sang before CNY as a symbol of prosperity and good health for us Chinese people.

It is almost compulsory to Lou Sang every year before CNY. So I got a suggestion to organize a "bloggers Lou Sang gathering" before everyone balik kampung. Kinda tricky at first but i did managed to get over 30 people to participate in this event. *applause for yours truly*

I assumed there's gona be less than 10 participant in the beginning so Sushi King was actually the first location to lou sang. Then it increased until 30 over so some suggested Sri Melaka. So Sri Melaka it is!

People would be wondering how 30 people can fit into one table lol. We separated into 4 tables la of course. Owh and some of them get to Lou Sang for 4 times! What they do is invade other people's table and Lou like nobody's business.

More like lou chopstick and hand together. Some had their chopsticks flying all over.

Total damage, RM60 for 1 plate of yee sang. Feels like tossing cash so enthusiastically!

Here's a look of our supposed to be "decent" table. I ordered Curry Noodle and it sure satisfy my taste buds. I arrived at the time where everyone finished their meal. When they start going around socializing and say hi.

So imagine, 32 person come and say hi and ask why am i late, laugh for 10 minutes, this and that. How am I supposed to finish my noodle? Ate only 30% of the noodle.

Forget about the noodle and went around taking pictures. Before i start to flood this post with pictures, i have an issue to highlight. Photobombing can be real annoying and funny if u do it only once.

Homecoming Review

Its near Chinese New Year and having to watch Homecoming right before CNY is awesome. Adds more oomph to my CNY mood. What adds more fun to it is i get to watch it with fantabulous bloggers. Henry Lee, Bernard Chung, Hilda, Jayren and Joanney as well. Credits to Bern for the extra ticket.

This is the best movie compared to those I've watched in 2010. So here's the cast of Homecoming.

Jack Neo starring Karen Neo & Ah Niu starring Ah Meng (Karen Neo's son)

Afdlin Shauki starring Zool (taxi driver) & Mark Lee starring (the chef)

The main reason of this movie is to project the importance of family and it means so much to your family when you go home for dinner. It shows us the importance of CNY reunion dinner that is really touching part of this story. Made my hold my tears because nobody is tearing. Its funny yet touching. Reminds you of your family so much.

The setting of this show started in Singapore and films the journey of Karen Neo, Ah Meng and Mindy back to Kuala Lumpur. Reason is to have homecoming dinner with their families. The funny scenes comes after one another. Before we could stop laughing about one scene, another hilarious scene are there. Kills my stomach i tell you!

Some of the epic scene that I remember from this movie. Ah Niu swallowed 3 sleeping pills. She thought he was dead so she panicked and pour medicated oil on his face. He woke up screaming HOT HOT HOT! Hilarious.

Ouh this is most epic one. Where Karen Neo pretends to get a heart attack. Afdlin Shauki used this cardiac electrical device to cure her. AH! Still laughing about it now!

There's another part where Karen Neo met an indian man that speaks mandarin. And he said "One Malaysia maaa". LMAO!

There are a few favourite quotes that some of the character used. Like Mark Lee's hong kong style speaking mandarin and his "FANTABULOUS!" This whole movie is simply FANTABULOUS!

Of course there's MUCH more funny and touching scenes in this movie. Don't wana be a huge spoiler. Homecoming is a must watch movie.

If you were to ask me if this movie is worth watching in cinema or not. I'd scream HELL YES!!

Sun Café @Langkawi

A great start for me to dine at Sun Cafe in Langkawi for the first day. Although this is my 5th time at Langkawi, I have never been to this beautiful fine dining restaurant. Not forgetting their famous dish that are simply the best of all.

Here's the menu. Sadly there's only 2 of us so the amount of food to order is limited.

Ordered an appetizer and 2 main course.

After ordering, I hear much stories about this restaurant. Along Pantai Tengah you'll see a few restaurants that are namely Sunkarma, Sun Café, Sunsutra, Sunba and they even have their very own souvenir shop, Sunmall. All these restaurants are under one company, Sun Group run by Jeffery Leong. Ok, what i have in mind is this man got lotsa $$$$$.

And then a lady dressed in oversized white tee and 3 quarter pants came to our table. No offence but she dressed like a janitor. And she was doing all the cleaning stuffs. Seems that bf knows her so they chatted a while. She left and bf said, "Thats the boss' wife."

*Jawdropping moment*

Having my happy face in this post is a must!

Hot buns and butter.

Butter melts once it is applied on the bun. Perfecto.

Thai Sweet Beef Salad.

This real sweet and spicy salad makes me wana lick the bowl till its sparkling clean. The beef is a lil bit overcooked but it goes well with the dressing and vege. So its perfect match although its overcooked. Vegetables are very fresh, taste like it came right after plucking from the farm.

Fettuccine Carbonara with Bacon

Delicious at first few bite. After few bite I feel full because this it comes in a big portion. I ended up finishing all the bacon leaving the fettuccine for the bf. LOL.

The presentation of this dish is a lil bit poor because its very pale. Should have more varieties of color on this plate.

The taste for the first few bite is very memorable. Must try if you have a big appetite.

Grilled Fillet of Barracuda

The one and only tasties Barracuda i've ever tasted. I wana thank my mom for bringing me into this world to taste such amazing food. Ok i'm over exaggerating. Forgive me. I am serious that this dish is brilliant. This Barracuda fillet is marinated in lemon and honey before grilled and served with spinach. The spinach tasted slighty milky so i guess they marinated the spinach as well.

This dish is served with Potato au Gratin as well.

My 2011 Wardrobe Essentials

CNY is coming near and i have been researching online for the fashion essentials for the year 2011. Well, for sure these fashion essentials got to match my petite body size and my taste. So these are the must haves I've listed to hunt for my CNY shopping spree...

1. Leather shorts

Its so rock and roll that i don't mind it looks a lil extreme. I can simply pair it with a plain tank top and i'm ready to the mall for movies or dinner. Trendy enough that even celebrities pulled off the look of leather shorts on the red carpet.

2. Nude Colored Paperbag Shorts

Okay, I had one of this in black that looks amazing and elongates my leg pretty good. I wana have one in nude color so it can elongates my leg even more. Ok kill me, i'm just being greedy!

3. Leather Clutch

Can't kill me for this cuz I have been hunting for the perfect clutch that suits every occasion. I swear it feels like 100 years hunt. Fingers crossed that I will be able to get one before CNY because i need a lucky clutch to store all the ang paos right!

4. Open toed clogs

Been seeing this quite a number of times in fashion blogs so I guess its a must have. This clog is just a bonus if i get to find it in the mall because a friend of mine told me chunky heels don't belong to short legs like mine.

5. Nude Color Tie Heels

This is so pretty right! I saw another blogger posting this shoe in her blog and it looks so pretty. Even better, it is 6 inches high. Again, fingers crossed that I will find this in the mall.

6. Laced dress

The laced dress that i meant is the fully laced. Not the one that we can see through it.

In 2010, it is a huge fashion essential but not anymore. It kinda make one look like high class prostitute to me. No offence. It depends on what type of laced dress la.

This is a must because the studs on my pretty sandals rusted and it became ugly already.

Simply means slip in sandals for everyday to uni. Mainly because my everyday sandals broke so, i only have one rusted sandals left. Sad case right.

9. Heart prints skirt

Again, this is optional. Heart prints is a must haves in 2011! Simply because its so cute and lovely!

You know, this race is actually pretty awesome. We were at Saudi Arabia a few hours ago. We flew back home to Malaysia. And now we are in Thailand. Heh.

Team RANDOM is now at Thaibase, Bandar Sri Damansara, enjoying a mouth-watering Thai meal. Ahh yes, everybody loves Thai food. You don’t love Thai food? Gee, you have no idea what you missed out my friend.

Thaibase is situated in a rather inner part of Bandar Sri Damansara. One may mistake this restaurant as a Chinese restaurant due to its rather oriental design. There is however, quite an abundant number of seats so doesn’t have to worry about overcrowding here.

Fried Koay Tiaw. This is not just any tom dick harry Chinese ah beng char koay tiaw – it has a couple juicy prawns and it is not to oily nor too dry. Suitable for foodies who is VERY health-conscious.

Claypot Tofu.

A healthy combination of tofu, mushroom, prawns and come greens. The perfect meal for those who are on a strict diet.

And yes, fried rice.

Fried to perfection in terms of spiciness. Suitable for us hardcore Malaysians who can’t live without spicy food. So if you can’t stomach a plate of spicy fried rice, well, too bad.

Maxis Om Nom Nom Race - Sate Kajang Hj. Samuri

Phew, finally our magic carpet brought us back to Malaysia. Back to Damansara Utama. Yes, we are having the famous Malaysian delicacy – Satay!

Or what the angmohs would call skewered meat. You know how much they fancy using fancy words.

So, Team RANDOM is now feasting at Sate Kajang Hj. Samuri. Contrary to popular beliefs, we are NOT at Kajang. We are at the Damansara Utama’s branch – one of Hj. Samuri’s 22 branches.

Housing a very simple restaurant layout and design, Sate Kajang Hj. Samuri appears to be like any other humble local Malay restaurant in Malaysia. Like my grandniece would usually tell me, never judge a book by its cover. And boy was she right.

Sate Kambing, Rusa, Daging and Ayam.

In simple everyday English, we had lamb skewered meat, deer skewered meat, beef skewered meat and chicken skewered meat. The specialty of these skewered meats comes in the form of their tenderness. Unlike ordinary satays, the ones here in Sate Kajang Hj. Samuri is not overly burnt, not too chewy and not too hard.

There were ketupat as well – a type of cubed rice which are basically made from, oh well, rice.

Enough with skewered meat and rice! Off we go to the next destination!

Maxis Om Nom Nom Race - Tarbush Sunway Pyramid

This race is definitely more exciting than the Amazing Race. We swear. The rushing adrenaline is enough to build another Twin Tower. Whatever that means.

Here we are, at our second location – Saudi Arabia. No kidding. We are at Tarbush Sunway Pyramid, which prides to be a replica of Saudi Arabia. There are camels everywhere, exotic sexy middle eastern waitress everywhere, flying carpets everywhere and of course, Aladdin.

Just kidding.

In all seriousness, Tarbush has a very authentic Arabian interior design. You remember watching Aladdin as a kid? Remember how the palace looked like? Yeap, Tarbush looks somewhat like that, just that it is air-conditioned here.

What they would called the Baba Ghanoush. No, it has nothing to do whatsoever to do with Baba and Nyonya. It’s a sourish paste made from eggplant and tomatoes that is filled in slices of pita bread. Very very appetizing.

There’s also biryani chicken.

Tender chicken encompassed with spiced rice. Or what we typical Malaysians would call Nasi Briyani. Our team decided to wrap the rice and chicken with some pita and I tell you, it is the BEST combination.

Lastly, the dessert. Mahalabia. It sounds very majestic and grand, I know.

A type of milk pudding with a generous topping of nuts on the top. When you feed yourself with just one bite of this, it’s like heaven in your mouth.

Well, that’s it from Tarbush. We shall be flying off with our flying carpets to the next destination!

Maxis Om Nom Nom Race - Strawberry Fields Cafe

As everyone know, Confucius once said “If you ain’t gonna nom nom that burget; Imma do it for you.” Yes, trust me, he said that. And he had also once said this during his visit to a humble café in PJ – “You should totally check out Strawberry Fields Cafe when you are in PJ.” We, TEAM RANDOM are staunch Confucius followers. Yes, here we are at Strawberry Field Cafe in the Maxis Om Nom Nom race, having the most sumptuous meal of the hour. The venue is not that hard to locate, it is exactly next to the MBPJ building. The only problem that one might encounter during their visit here would be parking. Loads of shoplots but very the little parking lot. Typical Malaysian problem lah. But hey, we’re Malaysians, we can make a parking lot out of anything. Strawberry Field Café gives a very comfortable and homey feeling. We could almost fall asleep in our chairs. But you see, we couldn’t because we are like in a race and er, never mind. We were served... Sweet & Sour Chicken Rice. The chicken was deep fried to the right tenderness and the sauce was literally a combination of sweetness and sourness. Followed by Thai Fried Eggs with Minced Chicken. Although this dish might appear to be a little spicy, but it is not up to the extent where we need to gulp in 1 gallon of water after every bite. Mystically enough, the egg makes a pretty good combination with the sauce and minced meat. Dessert. Sago Gula Melaka. One word. AuthenticbonafideSupercalifragilisticexpialidocious. Confused and embarrassed

Found out that Secondhand Serenade is dropping by at Library The Curve on Tuesday night after their concert at Bentley Auditorium. People pay RM70 to see him sing from far but i did not pay a single penny. *Laughs sarcastically*

And so I head over to The Library with Baoly, Sherry and two ~~funny~~ friendly dudes that came along with Sherry. Its was fun hanging with them. They are such social bird that i don't feel awkward talking to them. Initially the staff over there said Secondhand Serenade will start singing at 10pm. Began to get frustrated and wants to pee badly. As we head to the bathroom, whole bunch of people blocking our way at the entrance. Heard people mumbling JOHN JOHN JOHN and handling over papers to a dude with checkers shirt to sign on. So we stood there waiting for John to appear.

Oh Hi there John.

Fans were screaming "John, can I have a picture with you."

And so I did, I kept pulling his shirt from the side asking him to look at the camera from my side. John John John.

Oh well, didn't get my chance then. I'm too weak to stand out through the crowd. Went to the washroom, got a picture and continued with my Hoegaarden tower and Long Island.

Music was loud and so we had to yell at each other's ears. Dang! I wish i know sign language at that moment. Here's a picture with Sherry and William left and right.

Sherry got pretty drunk in the middle of the night, she puked. Drama caused by her lover caused her to be emotional. Cheer up girl!! Don't go too hard on yourself.

Me and Baoly actually waited near the stairs a few times for John to appear. She wanted John's signature on her chest so she don't need to bath for 1 week. She even wanted to parade it to her friends. -__-

Second time to the washroom in Library itself.

The emcee had a Q&A session at around 12am. The question was, "What is the new Secondhand Serenade album?" Without thinking much i googled asap. Within minutes the emcee came to my seat and grab me up the stage. WTF right?!?!?! I pass my phone to Baoly to browse and hoping she would yell the answer to me. Failed max.

Three contestant got a chance to take picture with John. Went up to the VIP section and according to them, John is trying some hard liqour. Forgot the name. Emcee got John's brother to have a picture with us.

Disappointed lol.

We were hyper eager to have a picture with John, the red checks shirt guy! Waited till the 1am for all the underage fans to leave so we could have our chance. LOL. As usual, underage have their curfews. =)

One Step Closer to the Maxis Om Nom Nom Race

Whenever I am hungry or just simply craving for something delicious, food food and more food will occupy my mind. If you were to ask me again, I would say food again. Like what popular Spanish saying, "The belly rules the mind". The better your belly is fed, the better mindset you will have.

Now, Maxis Om Nom Nom Race brought by Nuffnang and Maxis are in search of bloggers to a food race all around Malaysia. Would be glad to be part of this eating race because travelling miles just for food is what i do best during my free time. But previously I've only been to one destination for food. Now i would like to put it as a challenge to travel to 5 different destination for food.

Being told that there will be great food waiting for me at each and every station, motivates me to om nom nom and win this race. That hungry belly of mine will direct my mind to a great determination to hunt for the good food!

Considering my size S body, I can nom all they way to win this race without worrying about gaining permanent kgs. Because my weight remained the same since high school. Weird but who cares, i'll start dieting once my weight increase. I'll jog to class from the car park in uni if i were to gain a kg. Simple.

Plus, getting lost around Klang Valley for a few times brought me some real experience on the road. And yes, most of the time I'm all alone. I went through weird road signs and once I went through the opposite direction lane! I almost died and almost made it to the newspaper header. I had 2 choices, either i make a three point turn or leave the car there. Of course i made a three point turn lah.

After 2 years plus of driving experience, I think I will be able to hunt for the respective restaurants. Plus, with the aid of iPhone 4 it is surely a bonus for me to win this race.

My Christmas Eve and New Year Eve

Let me summarize what i did for these two fireworks event that i celebrated with warmest people around me, my family and friends.

CHRISTMAS EVE

1. Celebrated Christmas Eve at Bukit Gambang Resort City with the whole family, 15 of us.

2. The Resort organized a show 3 hours before the fireworks.

3. The view from the place i stood. It was warm but luckily i took my bath before that.

4. A bunch of kids came and pushed me away. Oh no. They did not pushed me. One of them tried to push me but too bad she was not strong enough to do so. I didn't move a single muscle no matter how hard she try to push. I let them take my place in the end. DANG! I'm just too nice! Oh, and this is one of them.

5. Amateur acrobatic show.

6. Santa came and started the war. There were boxes and sweets flying all over. Gosh!

7. Grandma got me two boxes. Teehee~

8. Had breakfast the next morning. The food was okay. Not a big fan of it. Honey Star is the best of all i can say.

9. Cousins tried to break the score record of this basketball machine. 20 is not too bad.

10. Bro broke the record! Woohoo!

11. Had the best Chicken Rice and char siew.

NEW YEAR EVE

1. Celebrated at Desa Park City

2. Had dinner at Milwaukee, Kepong Metro Prima. Was supposed to have our dinner at Bel Pasto Italian Restaurant but then it was to expensive so we had to walk out. tsk tsk tsk

The we that I mentioned are Vince the fehmes, Simon the car dealer, Tikkoss hamsap and moi. It was about 9.30pm last night when we all discussed this. I wanted to have some icy dessert so i suggested Mill Wheel at Kepong. Convenient for us and Tikkoss as well. Discussed this within few minutes and we're there!

The hangover of randomness is still in me until now. I can still feel the excitement that i can call this randomness now itself. Well, I have to behave and project a good girl behavior. And yea, these are what we ordered.

This is no regular mamak ice kacang or ice cream. This is flavored ice that are shaved by imported machine from Taiwan. Although I have never seen real live snow before, but eating this ice dessert does gives me the feeling of snow in my mouth. Its a must try ice dessert!

Tikkoss is very ACCURATE! The same dialog ran in my mind a few times "Oh this time sure impossible one." But he did eventually score!! and all went WOW many times.
